Cedefop
From July 2004 to September 2007 I was working as SNE (seconded national expert) at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Seconding institution was the University of Linz.
Cedefop is a EU agency, was founded back in 1975 and moved from Berlin to Thessaloniki in 1995, is closely cooperating with the European Commission and works as the EU's reference centre for VET (vocational education and training).
As project manager I have been responsible for
- e-skills (with a milestone conference in October 2006) together with Burkart Sellin and
- the EU-KSLLL: a Knowledge System for Lifelong Learning in the Europaen Union togehter with Elizabeth Watters as external expert
